Molly and Carter's wedding day was beautiful and intimate - they started their wedding day getting ready with family and their closest friends, had their ceremony at The Hermitage Chapel, and celebrated at Holland House! Some of my personal favorite touches throughout the day were the generational wedding dresses hung up, worn by the bride's mom and grandmother, the gorgeous florals designed and crafted by family, and the hot cocoa and Christmas peppermint shot glasses set-up outside the chapel for a post ceremony toast to the couple!

Aaron + Danielle | Nashville Engagement

Over drinks at Pinewood Social, Danielle and Aaron told me about how they met, how he proposed on our city's Walking Bridge, and how downtown Nashville is home - they are a city couple, through and through, and it got me so excited to do their engagement photos! 

As the sun set, we went back to where Aaron proposed - watched another couple get engaged just before we left (!!!) - and then hit up a couple other beautiful Nashville locations for some fun photos where we played with the light of the city and long exposures!

We took advantage of Nashville's architecture and kept dry on this overcast Engagement! KC and Emily even brought their pup for a few shots - she's a part of the fam-jam, too :-) I love getting the chance to get to know my Couples better by being creative and spontaneous with them, and this session was just an extension of the first time I met KC and Emily - it was just to get to know each other over drinks, and then we found ourselves ordering appetizers and dinner - I left laughing, thinking: my job and my Couples are so great. SO GREAT!
